What is a CMA and why do I need one?
CMA stands for Comparative Market Analysis, so it's a fancy way of saying we've done research on your home compared to similar homes in your neighborhood or area. This is a tool unique to licensed real estate agents because they are given extensive data from the National Board of Realtors gathered from every property sale or purchase.
What this means for you as a homeowner is that to ensure you have a full, complete and accurate understanding of your home's value, you will want to get a professional CMA report from a licensed real estate agent.
There are other reports and "values" available online but they often are missing some essential data and the personal touch only a real estate agent can give you. Team Eaton offers complimentary CMA reports for any property you are looking to sell. It will just take a few moments of your time to get all the details of your home. A member of our team can even come to your home to ensure we have all the specifics of your home included in your report.
