Lithia Demographics & Statistics
When most people think of Hillsborough County, their first thought might be of its major city - Tampa. While Tampa is undeniably a great place to live, it has several amazing (and affordable) suburbs. When you choose to live in one of these smaller cities or towns, you can have quick access to all that Tampa has to offer - plus more green space, less traffic, and often lower prices.
Lithia, Florida, is a relatively small suburb of Tampa with approximately 30,000 residents. It is known for agriculture, phosphate mining, and sawmills. Lithia is also home to Lithia Springs Park, Alderman Ford Conservation Park, and Alafia River State Park. It is an unincorporated community and encompasses part of the census-designated place (CDP) Fishhawk.
Eaton Realty is based in Lithia - so we know firsthand that it is a great place to live and work. If you’re looking to buy, sell, or rent a house in West Central Florida, we can help. Reach out to our offices to talk to a member of our Lithia real estate team.
